Let's start with the good: it's close to the airport. And that's where the good ends. There was a terrible smell of paint or sealant in the room. The photos on Trip.com are completely inaccurate. Everything was dirty. As for amenities, there was only one small towel for two people.

What you pay is what you get. The staff show poor hospitality. I don’t think language is the real issue here; they simply don’t seem to care. The air conditioner is very dirty, as shown in the photo. The hot water is not sufficient for two people showering one after another. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, with the springs pressing into your body. The only positive point is that the location is close to the airport.

It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the airport, so the location was perfect! There were also lots of restaurants near the hotel, many opening as early as 5 AM. On my last day, I enjoyed some banh mi, pho, and fried spring rolls before heading back home, haha. The hotel itself was clean, and unlike other hotels I've stayed at, this one actually had heating, so I slept very comfortably. I've included a photo of the entrance for reference!

Thank you for the warm welcome. I liked the hotel. We took a taxi from the airport (it was faster and we didn't want to carry our luggage). There was hot water and clean towels. The room was a bit cool (it was the coldest day in Hanoi), but we just turned on the A/C for heat.

Comfy little place if you want to spend a night close to the airport

Cozy budget stay near the airport, ideal for short layovers. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, with basic amenities. Helpful staff and nearby restaurants make it convenient and good value.

The twin room is good. The furniture is newer, and it has a window facing the road. The small room, however, needs renovation. It's also difficult to get in with a suitcase.

This is a very bad apartment. It is really old. We were offered another apartment that was very different from the pictures. We cancelled our reservation.

The accommodation is about 1.2 kilometers from the airport. If you're just carrying a backpack and you're fit, it's not too far. However, for those with luggage, it might be a bit inconvenient. But the room rate is definitely worth it for a layover or for catching a connecting flight, as it's quite affordable. We only used it for sleeping, and it was perfectly fine. The room was spacious, the bed was large, and the bathroom was standard. The hospitality was normal, and they provided two bottles of water. The air conditioning was good. There are restaurants nearby that accept credit cards, so you don't need to exchange money to eat there, which is a big plus.

We booked a room prior 3 days, but we when we came at 24pm there was no room. He transferred to nearby dirty hotel.

The hotel is located close to the airport; if you're traveling light, you can easily walk there. We took a taxi. We needed the hotel to kill time between flights, for about 9 hours. The hotel was accommodating and checked us in immediately at 11 AM. The room is spacious and equipped with everything necessary. There are places to eat nearby.
