Good hotel, with large room well equipped and breakfast with  quite large choice of food. Beautiful the swimming pool area, gym is also bho but not so much equipments.

Great stay, the staff were extremely attentive. The room was spacious and clean, facilities were well maintained. Then only problem I had was that the water temperature took really long to adjust. Breakfast was limited but still good. The room service was really good though. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Came to Hanoi many times, first time staying in this hotel. Great location, food, coffee shop & 7-11 within 2-3 mins walk. Many tourists also stay here so it was super crowded during check-in, but the reception quickly brought single traveller to another counter to process. Overall a perfect stay for me.

Overall good, but I was woken up by a mysterious fire alarm in the morning. I called the front desk and they said it was a kitchen issue that had already been resolved. Their handling of the situation could have been more thorough.
