Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake

The bellboy and service staff were great! The luggage handler provided excellent service! However, the female receptionists were absolutely terrible and highly unprofessional!!! This hotel isn't in the city center, and there's nothing to do around it. There are also many noisy tour groups! I recommend avoiding this place and not staying here! The front desk staff offered no service and were very unprofessional! Just look at the pictures yourself – I had to stand in this kind of environment for nearly an hour. The room rate was over 1,000 RMB (without breakfast), and the service simply doesn't match the price.

Booked this place for my kid, loved the golden accents. The gym has a really pleasant outdoor area. There were a lot of Indian guests at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. The gilded steak at the restaurant on the first floor was delicious but seriously expensive.

It's an older hotel, but the service was excellent.

The room was very clean, and the bedding was good too. The sleeping area had a nice color scheme. At first, the gold bathroom fixtures seemed a bit out of place, but then I remembered a scene from the movie 'The Resounding' that I watched last year. In it, after the protagonist lawyer made a name for himself, he rented the best office on the 32nd floor and happily told the agent, while sitting on a gold toilet, 'This is it!' After that, I suddenly found the gold toilet in this hotel quite festive, haha.

Golden legend, haha! The hotel environment is great, there's even a big lake at the entrance. The hygiene and service are both good, and the front desk staff are very helpful.
