Right in the centre of Hanoi, this place has everything you need. The room was extremely spacious, the food was great, it even has a gym (although that's quite small). The staff were so polite and helpful, I think this has been one of my favourite stays yet.

My child and I stayed for one night during a layover. The location was convenient, and we found it easy to access tourist areas using taxis and Grab. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was a good size. All amenities and towels were readily available. Breakfast was included, and I was delighted to have pho! It was prepared fresh on the spot and was absolutely delicious. We noticed many other guests enjoying pho as well. We had missed the opportunity to try pho the day before, so my child, who was particularly eager to have it, was extremely happy. The front desk and breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. As it was our first time in Hanoi, their assistance was truly invaluable. We would definitely love to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Location is perfect, close to the old quarter. A lot of cafes around. Stuff was friendly. Breakfast starts at 6-30 and was good a lot of options.

We stayed at A25 Tran Quoc Toan for a few days at the end of September. The location was perfect for us - 15 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, yet very quiet at night. The service was excellent. Staff are extremely polite, helpful and attentive. We got soaked in torrential rains following Bualoi typhoon, and our laundry was done very promtly in a few hours. The breakfast had a really food spread of freshly prepared Vietnamese and Western dishes. Overall, we feel A25 Tran Quoc Toan offer good value for money and a pleasant experience. We would stay again.

We stayed two nights at A25. The room we had was spacious and clean and the staff was really friendly. The ambience was nice and it was great that breakfast was included for the price. The breakfast was Asian style but some bread was available too. We pre ordered a cab to the airport through the service desk which was 250 Vietnamese dong (same price a grab would have been ) and we were able to pay by Visa card. The only thing we would have to mention is that the room felt a bit damp, since there was a missing fan in the bathroom and maybe due to weather circumstances.
