Eliana Ruby Hotel & Travel

We stayed 2 nights in February and 1 night in March and got rooms 602 and 702, which are very similar. The room is small but very clean. They provide coffee and tea, and two complimentary bottles of water every day. There is a safe and a mini fridge in the room. The A/C works fine, the Wi-Fi is good, the shower has good water pressure, and we never missed hot water. The bed was very comfortable too. There is a window that you can open, but do not expect a nice view. You can use their laundry service (45K/kilo), and you can refill your water bottles in the lobby. You can also leave your luggage in storage, but it is not in a locked room. There is a camera there for security, but don't leave valuables. There is a very nice breakfast buffet area with a lot of choices, and you can even order other things à la carte if you prefer, free of charge. The hotel location allows you to reach every major tourist spot on foot, which is nice. Finally, the staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and they will do anything they can to make your stay the perfect stay. CONGRATS to everyone, especially to Jessica and Kevin at the front desk and Lo An at breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The best customer service. Even before we got to Hanoi, we would contact them via whatsapp to ask questions and book services. They would reply to us even if its after office hours in Vietnam. We booked airport pickup service for a red eye flight and paid at the hotel. Every morning the staff is there to greet you at the lobby and to ask what plans you have for the day so that they can advise you and answer any questions. Even the kitchen and dining staff were so hospitable and would ask us if we liked the food. We had a late night sleeper bus booking, and even after we checked out, they provided us an area to rest and a shower room and towels to freshen up. Overall, a very good experience.

I really left my heart in Hanoi people are super accommodating! My sincerest gratitude towards Jessica, Benzo, Tom, Daisy and the two chefs. I am lost for words. Their services from accommodating me and my friends from assistance of booking Ninh Binh tours to foods were tiptop honestly felt like 7-star Hotel treatment. Their kindess and warm smiles of willingness to help each and every one of us was top tier. Basically all i can say is we totally enjoyed our stay with laughters. Really great value hotel. Very good breakfast with ample choices. Staff are exceptionally nice & helpful. Location is very good and rooms are very comfortable. If you want to stay in heart of the Old Quarter and not stretch your budget this Hotle is for you.

I have returned to Elegance Ruby for a second stay since 2012. The service here is still EXCEPTIONAL, OUTSTANDING and 5 STAR, better than any other place that ive stayed in VN and it made our stay here PERFECT. I stayed here with my daughter for her 21st birthday with trips in between. I have stayed at many hotels across the globe ranging from economy to 5 star and the staff make Hanoi elegance ruby the best. I booked this hotel after reading past reviews and my stay exceeded all expectations. Ignore Pan88 (recent review) if they wanted 5 star luxury, they should have booked a 5 star hotel and paid the price. Tip: book your trips through the hotel, we enjoyed a fabulous tour of sapa and overnight trip on halong bay. Well done to all the staff who made our stay extra special. Could not fault anything. Breakfast is amazing, including the coffee. The staff work very hard to produce freshly cooked food to order. Well done elegance ruby, we loved you!

Exceptional small hotel in the old town. Extremely helpful staff, Benzo Anna and Ruby were extraordinary. Breakfast was best we had in South East Asia. Would definitely stay again. Old Town Hanoi is organised chaos. A unique place where road traffic,scooters in particular behave like the higher level of a frenetic video hame.

We had 3 rooms for our party of 6 all rooms were comfortable and as described. The breakfast was varied and plentiful good variety and quite a few items cooked to order. The food was good quality and well presented. Anna on reception was very helpful and did her best to check we were OK everyday. Jessica sorted 3 days of excursions for our family and arranged SIM cards for us. She stayed in touch making sure we were happy and the trips were progressing as planned although the hotel is 3 star rated the service and people are definitely 5 star.

I have stayed at multiple places in the old quarter before but this hotel was the best!! Our room was clean and simple and just what you need when spending your time exploring the old quarter. The staff were amazing! Jessica and Anna were so helpful with all of our questions and when we needed to visit a hospital during the trip, Benzo helped us by translating to medical staff over the phone. Great buffet breakfast there too!
