actually I stayed in this Hotel for transit, but this hotel is Good. Sadly slippers and laundry bag is pay. All is okay

Convenient location to all the tourist attractions. Friendly, helpful English speaking staff.

Very nice stay. The only problem is that they don’t have a laundry. But everything else is perfect, even a cool rooftop bar.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, and what made it truly special was the staff, especially Tracey. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from the moment we arrived. Since it was our first time there, Tracey made sure we were comfortable and well informed. She provided us with a navigator map of the city and carefully explained it, arranging everything clearly so it was easy for us to explore and discover Hanoi. Her guidance made us feel confident and well prepared to enjoy the city. Thank you as well for introducing Omai fruit to us, it was such a lovely and memorable touch. We truly appreciated Tracey’s kindness and support. She made our experience much more enjoyable, and we highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to coming back again.

The service and rooms were excellent, but you really need to book the higher-tier room. The second time I stayed, those rooms were unavailable, and the standard rooms felt old and dated. It's clear they haven't all been recently renovated. The restaurant was delicious; we ordered the dinner set menu.

Lobby & reception well designed, location is great, walking distance to various local food spots, and old quarters. Service was very good, shoutout to Danial, whom was extremely helpful and went beyond to recommend attractions nearby. Amazing looking rooftop restaurant and bar.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive, always ready to help and making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Their service was not only efficient, but also warm and thoughtful, which made a real difference. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was clearly taken care of with great attention to detail. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the level of service provided, the overall value for money was outstanding. What really stood out was how proactive and considerate the team was. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, whether it was helping with logistics, accommodating special requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect. This kind of genuine hospitality is not easy to find. Overall, this stay was relaxing, stress-free, and memorable. If you are looking for a hotel that combines excellent service, high-quality rooms, and great value, this is an outstanding choice. Hotel reception was excellent with informative and friendly staff Room was small but expected in this area of town Plenty of restaurants near by. It in house restaurant was very good if a little pricey. Cocktail bar on roof top was great. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning Bathroom was a let down with the floor flooding every time you had a shower but this was a minor issue in the overall great hotel facility.

The hotel is located on a very horrible neighborhood. The streets around this hotel are dirty and almost no sidewalks. I won’t recommend it to anyone and also I won’t choose it again.

Hotel is good and located north outside Hanoi's Old Quarter. The hotel and staff services provided exceeded our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Hotel is like a classic European's style mixed with Vietnam's heritage. The hotel receiptions Ms. Alice, Ms. Sophie and Mr. Jason are super helpful, kind and friendly when attending to our needs and requests.
