Love the studio room. Spacious with all that you need. The pvc cord of the bidet is so hardened that its quite a task to use it!  Staff at reception are helpful. Arrived early & was given an early check in. TQ.  Door man very alert & helpful. Sends luggage to ur room, opens hotel door each time u go thro, put your luggage into your taxi; he did it all .  My experience in the restaurant for breakfast unfortunately was not so good. Waitress offered to get me my cup of latte kept me waiting. After i’d downed my plate, i went to her n learnt that the coffee machine was hvg a problem. Yet this was not communicated.

We spent seven nights and really enjoyed the hotel and it's amenities. The gym and the sauna were surprisingly good. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool but it looked very tempting. The location was great - outside of the noise and the pollution of the old quarter but close enough that everything was within reach.

Great for the gym and pool. Old fashioned expat club vibe.

Very nicely located hotel, away from the noise of Hanoi but close enough to everywhere. What it lacks in modernity, it makes up for in ambiance and tranquility. Good and reliable hotel in the heart of tay ho.

Visiting Hanoi, hotel was nice, rooms nice staff great, good facilities. The hotel has a focus on golf (great range into the lake) but it's a shame about the golf clus for hire if guests don't have their own clubs - I know it's a really minor issue but would encourage the hotel management to at least provide more up-to-date equipment, afterall guests are paying to use the equipment. Otherwise nice Hanoi hotel, would return.

Comfortable rooms. Great food. Great view overlooking the lake. Nice place during summer.

A room is very beautiful, we had a big bath right in the middle. Super clean, good breakfast. The construction outside was too loud

The hotel is very good. The door is right next to the Tran Quoc Pagoda, and it is very convenient and fast to go to major attractions. The room is very large. It is rare to find such a large room in Hanoi, Vietnam. Hygiene: Clean and very suitable for family travel

This hotel is not recommended. The sink does not drain well and the service is average.

1: The hotel is a bit expensive for a four-star hotel. 2: Breakfast is the same every day. nothing changes 3: Safety. Not bad. Residents must be notified at the front desk if there are any visitors. 4: The facilities in the hotel are beautiful. 5: The location is at West Lake. Not the center of Hanoi 6: There is an Internet celebrity coffee shop opposite the hotel, and beautiful girls often take pictures here. 7: There are few restaurants nearby to eat. Fortunately, the restaurant has food available for ordering. The price is reasonable 8: The hotel is close to the airport 9: In summary, the breakfast selection is increasing. That would be more perfect 10: There is a massage parlor nearby. The price is expensive 11: This hotel is a good choice for vacation 12: It would be better if the price of the hotel could be cheaper.
