The staff was very kind so I was amused. The position was wonderful to me because of the circumstances.

Hotel room 102 is clean and staff is friendly - helped keep our luggage. Provided basics - soap and toothbrush. Though when soap ran out, they only have bar soap.

kind of vintage. budget-friendly. great location. Accommodating and helpful staff. But they seriously need to improve on cleanliness. Bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty, obviously used. It was too late when we noticed and we were checking out in the morning so we just dealt with it.

The best in class for its price. Very convenient for its location, proximity to a lot of tourist attractions in Hanoi.

Friendly staff and helping us booking day trip to Halong Bay and arrange airport pickup. Location is pretty good. Easy to grab nice food nearby hotel by foot.

Hotel is quite good. Location is near to old town which is able to walk in 10 mins. It seem like hotel run by family. Staff very helpful. They help us to arrange taxi to airport & it’s much cheaper than grab.

After arriving in Hanoi, we stayed for 2 nights, stayed in Sapa for 1 night, and then stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. After returning from Sapa, I let my guard down and got pickpocketed near Hoan Kiem Lake.When I went to the nearby police station to fill out some paperwork, an older man from the hotel staff came to visit me. In the end, only the cash was taken from my wallet, which was quickly found, but when I was depressed, I was smiling and trying my best to cheer me up, and even took my luggage with me to the hotel on a motorbike. ,Thank you very much. Also, when I returned, they upgraded my room, booked a taxi for me at a cheap price, and helped me with everything. My younger brother, sister, and mother were also really warm people, they took lots of pictures for me, and even gave me bananas while I was waiting for a taxi. When I go to Hanoi again someday, I will definitely stay there again. I will also bring some Japanese souvenirs with me. Thank you very much to all the staff ^ ^

I was nervous as it was my first time traveling alone, but the staff were very kind and made me feel at ease. I would like to use it again when I visit Hanoi next time.

Off-center hotel, between the train station and the old quarter, in a quiet street. A "pedestrian" area with restaurants not far away. The passage of the train is nearby. The room is large. Small shower room. Air conditioning Local TV. Kettle + water bottles. Average Wi-Fi.
