I highly highly recommend this hotel! I travelled with 3 other friends and opted for a connecting room — The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. (It was 2 separate rooms but we shared one corridor that we could lock) What made the trip even better was the service. We were warmly welcomed in with some drinks and snacks, borrowed umbrellas, all our requests were met. The food was yummmmyy! Could choose from the buffet spread and the pho/eggs that was made upon order. Besides that, breakfast was made and packed for us when we had to leave early in the morning and couldn’t dine in. That was so sweet of them to do! The location is also very good as it was near A LOT of michelin restaurants! Will stay again!!

This hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter amazed us with its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and incredibly helpful staff. The perfect location allowed us to walk to the top sights and local restaurants in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort in this historic and vibrant neighborhood.

After reading a lot of reviews, I've come to realize that many 4-5 star hotels in Hanoi inflate their ratings. I was probably naive to think I'd found a high-value hotel... This place is genuinely old, showing signs of wear and tear everywhere – peeling paint, mold, rust, and so on. However, the staff were all very polite. They close the doors at night, and it was quite surprising to see a staff member sleeping on the lobby sofa for the first time. The breakfast, though simple, was decent. Besides the few items at the buffet, you could also choose two dishes from the menu, like a sunny-side-up egg, French toast, or pho. But don't set your expectations too high. In conclusion, next time I'll probably spend a bit more and choose a better hotel.

Very near shopping, walking distance to Hanoi Train street and many more shops and restaurants, glad we booked this hotel. Staffs wee friendly and communicates well in english.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very convenient for us to explore the old town. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is superb! Will want to stay here again if I go to Hanoi again.

The hotel's location is great. The staff's service is beyond 5-star. They always greet you warmly. Breakfast is simple; it's a buffet, but two dishes are cooked fresh for you. We were leaving for the airport at 6 AM on our departure day, and they packed us a sandwich bento box. I was truly touched!

It was well located but just abit average. Rooms weren’t too large but as a whole hotel seems abit tired and run down.

Great location, but the downside is the noisy construction next to the hotel. I booked a room with a window that had a view of a building wall next door. There were also a lot of mosquitoes when I was there.

This hotel is located in the Old Town, making it easy to walk to all the tourist spots. Even though it's on a narrow street with a decent flow of people and cars, the room itself is quiet. The room is very spacious and immaculately clean, with everything you need provided. Right next to the hotel, there's a small grocery store (for drinks, chocolates), various cafes, pharmacies, and bustling shopping streets selling local products and souvenirs. The breakfasts are decent: you can order eggs prepared in different ways, pho soup, or pancakes/crepes. There's also a buffet with fruits, vegetables, and other small items. The staff are superb! Upon check-in, they explained everything, gave great recommendations on where to go, and were generally very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Good service, friendly staff. We had a spacious room with a terrace. However, it was quite noisy.

Great location, within walking distance of Train Street and Hoan Kiem Lake, and close to Ba Dinh Square. The front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good too. Several famous Michelin restaurants are also within walking distance.
