The hotel has a Chinese-speaking staff member, Hong Nhong. She was proactive, enthusiastic, and had a very friendly smile. She deserves commendation.

The rooms in the hotel are very small, however the location is perfect - right in the centre. If you plan to walk a lot and spend a lot of time not in the hotel, that would be a nice choice. Sad, that while cleaning, some of our staff disappeared... We had dried fruits and they were gone. That was quite sad.

The amenities around the hotel are very convenient, and the hotel breakfast is delicious. Plus, the price is really great value for money. However, some of the towels and bedsheets had stains, so I hope they can be cleaner next time.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were just okay. There were a lot of small bugs in the room on the first floor when I checked in. The staff, however, were really good; they immediately moved me to an upstairs room which was much better. The bathroom didn't have a separate shower area, which was different from the pictures.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionists were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, close to plenty of places to eat and near popular landmarks. Highly recommended!

Good location just across Ho Hoan Kien lake. Many eateries nearby till late and walking distance to weekend night market at hanoi old quarter. Friendly and helpful front desk staffs, room was comfy and clean.

Honest review incoming… The hotel whilst being in a great location was poor overall. This place is ideal if you want the location and are looking for somewhere cheap ish but isn’t great if you value cleanliness. The room was small with barely any space to open a suitcase. There was mould in the bathroom and the smell of damp was quite strong. The extractor fan was very noisy but things like the lights were functional. The towels were dirty - they had dark stains on them. Breakfast, whilst included, was not good. The food was cold on both days we ate here (skipped a third breakfast and chose to eat out). The kitchen staff made fresh omelettes which was a nice option but they coughed the entire time they cooked and didn’t wear a mask. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice hotel, very convenient location. Almost all the attractions are within walking distance. Clean room, friendly staff.

I booked for my family to visit Hanoi, and the best of this hotel is that the location. It’s easy to walk around Hoan Kiem Lake

Great location. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. Room was a bit too small though. And I prefer a separate shower but for this price it is within expectations I guess. For one night stay it’s ok

The lobby staff were all very polite and helpful, the location was excellent, and the value for money was top-notch!
