Hostel good clear but Staff dont wants help. Breakfast normal eggs and white bread. For me shock that Staff not went help me with reservation ticket on the bus. But for one-two night ok

The pictures look much better than it is in real life, i though they could clean a bit better.. Staff is very helpful even tho they don't all speak English.

I did book last minute and had a lovely time after a stressful day in Hanoi. The old guy working the secondary building reception was very helpful and friendly additionally as were all staff. The room itself was very comfy however the fan in the room I stayed in was loud and screechy waking me up in the early hours. Then I was kept awake from 6ish with loud banging noises coming from outside. Breakfast was decent for the price you pay for room and board, very simple, but enough.  In the morning before moving on I did a 10/15 minute walking loop of the area and this hostel is right in the heart of the old quarter with many landmarks and attractions very close

Don't be fooled, this place is far from luxurious. The staff were arrogant, and the dormitory hadn't been cleaned in the three days we stayed. My friend was left covered in soap in the shower because the water stopped running, and she also paid $35 for a private room with no windows! I highly recommend taking your time to find another place if you want to stay in Hanoi without getting stressed out and feeling like you're just another tourist being scammed.

We loved staying here - the perfect place to explore Hanoi and our host Linh was so helpful, especially with advising on booking our transport / trips and helping organise the rest of our time in Vietnam! Would definitely recommend staying here to others!

Linh my bien, muy bonito .Beside, the room was clean, nice bed and have a curturn which more private, the Cathendral just 2 minutes walk away. So i highly recemend this hostel.

Good place and quality price

great location but you will get checked on by showing your keycard a lot of time to prove that you're staying here. It personally makes me feel awkward but overall, it's a reasonable price

Front desk was very helpful planning our trip to Hanoi! Well situated and would go back. Thanks for a great trip! Only drawback would be the loud street noises but that’s normal in the old quarter. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The customer service at this hostel was fantastic. Shout out to Linh for being so awesome for us. The location was in a back alley right in the art of the old quarter, we walked everywhere we needed to go. The people at the front desk helped us book bus tickets, halong boat tours, and cars to get us where we needed to go. The hostel itself was nice, but nothing special. We would stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located providing easy walkable access to the sights in the Old town, Hanoi. The only problem I had with the hotel was that it did not have an elevator going up and down the rooms at the fourth floor a little challenging
