The location is good as it is convenient to shopping mall (Vincom). But the grab drivers cannot find the location. There is a total of 7 towers in the estate under the same name. It was not clearly stated which tower we are staying. We had a hard time trying to locate the tower that we are staying. The counter at the tower is not for check in, it is just a reception or security counter for the entire tower residence. The number that we given to call is incorrect, we had a hard time to check in to our apartment. It is Air BnB stay so must get the key tag from the letter box and access into the residence with the pin code. Luggage is not able to be left in the residence should you arrive early or depart late. The security counter does not provide such service. The apartment is decent but a bit dusty in the room. For the price we pay, I would say its fair but the check in process is too much of a hassle especially the contact details is in correct. Language barrier is also a problem for us when we check in.
