I had a pleasant stay at Sao Mai Cosy Nest near Noi Bai Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—you can easily walk from the airport in about 15 minutes, which is very convenient for an early flight or a late arrival. The hotel offers good value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

We arrived at 3am. How nice the Male Attendant waited for us and greeted us with an accommodating spirit and even offered water for the 4 of us. In addition, after our tour- he even prepared us a taxi from Old Quarter Hanoi to International airport waiting for us as we have 12:00midnight flight. Thank you so much for everything you do.

The toilet had a smell. I asked staff to clean it, but it still smelled. The room was spacious, but the service wasn't good. They didn't even provide bottled water in the room.

I noticed almost imperceptible sweat stains on the pillow. The shampoo and shower gel bottles were almost empty. The air conditioning had a musty smell. However, the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was also good. The taxi service was reasonably priced, even cheaper than Grab, but the SIM card was much more expensive than what you could buy in the city. The owner is very friendly.
