The hotel is very close to the HANOI railway station. The owner of the hotel was very supportive in helping us with checking-in and checking-out. The breakfast was arranged in a near-by (150 meters) hotel of the same group/owner. It was a buffet breakfast(continental + Vietnamese) and was quite good. Clean(cold and warm) water vending machine at the reception of the hotel was very practical. We need to mention that the owner was very helpful as we wanted Grab food delivered at the hotel, the took the delivery and also had arranged a dining area in the hotel basement. The owner also made sure that we had the security person drop us at the railway station(walkable from hotel). Overall a clean, practical and well located hotel with helpful owner. services.

The front desk receptionist is Miao Lin, a Vietnamese beauty (easy to communicate in Chinese). She brings her own breakfast. The environment is good and shopping around is very convenient.
