Blue Hanoi Inn City Hotel Reviews

The hotel room we had was very nice. It was spacious and clean. The location wasnt the best for us but you can get grab to places which makes it easier. Unfortunately the staff seemed quite unhelpful and slightly rude when asking about things. I am not sure why but they didn’t seem like they cared or were trying to solve a problem for you which put us off a bit.

The room is spacious and the bathroom is. When I turn on the jet bath, some black dirt came out. So I stopped using it. The toothbrush is not so good too. Overall, it’s okay grade stay.

Very clean and suitable for solo travellers

This property is well maintained and cozy. The bedding is clean and the mattress is firm. The room and exteriors are appearing. While they don't offer laundry service, one can be easily found nearby. The staff are warm and welcoming. A mall with a supermarket is nearby. I found two vegan restaurants within walking distance. I loved the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is not good for car parking

Clean and the furniture (TV, beds etc..) are okay... but some employees are very unprofessional unfortunately.

The toilets weren't very clean, and the water drained slowly.

This hotel is definitely worth staying at again and again. It has very convenient amenities nearby, and the rooms are large and comfortable.

Affordable, clean, and comfortable; worth checking out when visiting Henan.

There are many places without hot water.

Highly recommended. Nice room, spacious enough, clean. If I return to Hanoi, I will continue to stay here.

Great reception, nice room and nice structure, I had a good time, shame about the services they could offer more than what they gave.
