I had a pleasant stay overall. The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely its location, it's within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, shops, and many attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite whenever I needed assistance. The main area that could be improved is the cleanliness. Housekeeping wasn't very consistent, and I often had to request basic amenities like toilet tissue. The room cleaning could definitely be more thorough and reliable. Overall, this is a practical hotel with an excellent location. If you're looking for convenience and don't mind a fairly average housekeeping experience, it's a decent place to stay.

The room looked exactly like the photos when I booked, and it was clean and comfortable. The two men working at check-in were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The next morning, however, the two women at reception weren't as friendly or helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and many restaurants, bars, cafes, and other attractions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. The environment was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The location was great as it was near the old quarter and the train street. It also has plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean but it could be better. The staffs were so nice especially the receptionists. They helped carry my luggage and even to cross the street with my luggage as it was very busy when I left. The food were okay and could be limited when it’s around 9 am when it’s close to finishing the breakfast. All in all, good value for money.

A lil bit old and also no one told that the snacks and drinks in the room had to be paid later… even though in the app it was written there were free snacks as a welcome gift so I thought it was that, instead they charged me money.

Nice Location. The staff’s are very helpful and attentive.
