They advertised a twin suite, but it was just a larger room with two small beds. My child nearly fell off when turning over. I don't understand why they don't provide bed rails for twin rooms. There's also a big pillar in the room. The bathroom partition leaks, so the toilet area is all wet after a shower. If you have the option, choose an international chain instead of this place. I highly recommend against it.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We stayed on a high floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The scenery was luxurious and truly impressive.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Having two supermarkets nearby on the ground floor was very convenient. The views were fantastic, and while the room wasn't huge, it had high ceilings. You do need to transfer lifts to get to the rooms. It takes about a ten-minute taxi ride to get to the old town.

I had a wonderful 3-night sightseeing and shopping trip to Hanoi, with a very pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. The Deluxe Room was well-equipped, amenities were sufficient, and cleanliness met our expectations. Service was consistent, with late evening requests for additional drinking water delivered promptly. A special compliment to Mai, Supervisor at the 63rd floor breakfast, who impressed us by returning with an update on a service lapse — a thoughtful gesture that reflects great hospitality. Don’t miss the seasonal Mango Bingsu at The Lounge, a refreshing treat after a hot day out in Hanoi.

Location: right above Lotte Mall, good for shopping and last minute buys in the Lotte Mart. Easy to travel to places around Hanoi Room: Spacious and clean, carpet floor though 🙃 good view of the city Service: all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful Food: we tried the breakfast buffet and it was so good, it is near to a few food places to that is nice as well
