The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We stayed on a high floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The scenery was luxurious and truly impressive.

Nice location. A mall & supermarket is just right next door. Nice restaurants options around. Room is spacious and clean. Fast check in and check out process

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Having two supermarkets nearby on the ground floor was very convenient. The views were fantastic, and while the room wasn't huge, it had high ceilings. You do need to transfer lifts to get to the rooms. It takes about a ten-minute taxi ride to get to the old town.

I had a wonderful 3-night sightseeing and shopping trip to Hanoi, with a very pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. The Deluxe Room was well-equipped, amenities were sufficient, and cleanliness met our expectations. Service was consistent, with late evening requests for additional drinking water delivered promptly. A special compliment to Mai, Supervisor at the 63rd floor breakfast, who impressed us by returning with an update on a service lapse — a thoughtful gesture that reflects great hospitality. Don’t miss the seasonal Mango Bingsu at The Lounge, a refreshing treat after a hot day out in Hanoi.

Location: right above Lotte Mall, good for shopping and last minute buys in the Lotte Mart. Easy to travel to places around Hanoi Room: Spacious and clean, carpet floor though 🙃 good view of the city Service: all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful Food: we tried the breakfast buffet and it was so good, it is near to a few food places to that is nice as well

Stunning view and near to shopping

Excellent and joyful joyrney and stay. The service and facilities are the best ever experiences.

First time staying here and I was a bit disappointed. The front desk is on the 38th floor, and the ground floor lobby felt quite deserted. There seemed to be very few staff members on the other floors as well. The hotel's facilities and decor are also no longer new. On top of that, my request for a slightly late check-out, due to my itinerary, was denied.

Clean hotel and good service Hotel breakfast is amazing, lots of choices and I specially like that they serve bibimbap.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The night view from the lounge was superb, and the complimentary sauna and swimming pool were a delightful bonus. The night view from the room was equally stunning.

The hotel's location is quite convenient for getting around, and being on a higher floor offers a panoramic view of Hanoi.

Stay 1 night  after visiting Sapa , service was excellent fwill stay again if visit Hanoi

Great hotel when considering the spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, gym, pool). Perfect way to end the trip given the bustle that is Hanoi. Location wise, fairly limited around the immediate area but a Grab ride is never too far.
