Fortuna Hotel Hanoi Reviews

This was my second visit to Hanoi, and I returned to the Phu Do Hotel. The room felt clean and spacious, and the air conditioning provided a comfortable environment. A water dispenser in the hallway added convenient access. The first-floor breakfast offered more variety than before, including cold items such as sliced beef, while the fruit yogurt remained enjoyable. On the second floor, the Hong Kong-style dim sum stood out; the roast duck, char siu, and roast pork were all flavorful. The sauna on the 17th floor was spacious and relaxing, complete with a jacuzzi. I enjoyed my time in the basement karaoke room. Should I return to Hanoi, I would certainly choose the Phu Do Hotel again.

The location is great, with many shops nearby. There are also plenty of stores to explore in the small alleyways. The breakfast food was very much to our liking. I recommend this place for families or friends. The front desk staff were all very attentive.

A terrible hotel experience. The room had a strong paint smell, and the windows were tiny and all locked. The bedding was old and reeked of disinfectant, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel was full of cheap tour groups from India. A group of Indian seniors, and the breakfast was predominantly Indian-style curry. I will not be staying here again. You'll understand once you've stayed here.

Convenient, clean and safe. It’s our many times of returning. Nice and great hotel to recommend

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent and attentive. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. They offer airport pick-up and currency exchange services. The environment is pleasant, and amenities like a gym and swimming pool are well-equipped.

Whenever I'm in Hanoi for a business trip, this is my go-to place. I wasn't too familiar with the area the first time, but I've since realized it's a super convenient location with plenty of shops around.

Due to a lot construction in Hanoi, the location somehow becomes not so great for this hotel now. The hotel is abit aged, do not put high expectations so nothing will disappoint you, room is nothing wrong, a ok hotel room.

Ran in a nearby park before breakfast. Returned to the hotel for a quick swim in the pool, then had breakfast.

Quite a distance from the Old Town, and there aren't many standout restaurants nearby. The breakfast was unremarkable, and the staff didn't offer coffee refills proactively. However, the SPA massage was excellent, definitely worth trying! There isn't much to explore around the hotel.

Spotlessly clean and tidy, the environment is great, and the service is excellent. The location is superb, making it convenient to get anywhere. The gym has a lot of equipment, which is fantastic! The views are also beautiful.

The room size is suitable, and it's convenient for dining, shopping, and buying souvenirs nearby. If you don't have any specific environmental or service requirements, Fortuna Hotel Hanoi is a good choice!

Hotel is nice but s bit old style. Service is good and staff are friendly! May come again.

The customer service is very polite and helpful. I've stayed here over 30 nights. It's very convenient to call for a taxi when coming and going. The restaurants are also very good. If I go back, I would still choose Fortuna Hotel. The doormen provide excellent service.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The room was a bit small, and I wanted to upgrade to a larger room, which they kindly helped me with.
