Hanoi Daewoo Hotel

I was charged 2,000,000 VND at the front desk, and I thought it was processed by credit card. When I asked if it would be a duplicate payment with the Trip.com payment, the front desk told me it was a refund slip, so I felt relieved. However, after checking the slip in Japan, I don't think it was a refund slip. I'd like to confirm the facts and ensure there's no duplicate payment.

The pool was large, making it the best memory of our summer vacation. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Lotte Mall, so you can enjoy shopping and have a great time.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive – their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's overall atmosphere was serene, chic, and inviting. The interior design perfectly blended comfort with elegance, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our room was spotless, bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. This was easily one of the best stays we've ever had.

The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the fruit tasted especially fresh. The location is quite convenient; it takes about an hour to get here from the airport. The room was spacious enough, and the facilities were adequate.

This hotel stay was the perfect end to our Vietnam trip with friends and family, and we were absolutely delighted. We especially appreciated the early check-in at 10 AM and late check-out at 4 PM the next day for an extra $24, which was a fantastic option before our late-night flight back to Korea. The welcome fruit and refreshments in the room were a lovely touch, and my friend was so happy to receive a surprise flower delivery to our room in the afternoon. The king-size room felt more spacious than the twin room. The pool was large and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The pho, in particular, was the best I've had during my two-week trip in Vietnam. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely choose the Daewoo Hotel again.

The breakfast selection is plentiful, offering Vietnamese pho, fruits, yogurt, bread, juices, coffee, eggs, vegetables, fish, beef, Earl Grey tea, and English breakfast tea.

The hotel's location and surrounding environment are excellent, and the service is very enthusiastic. However, during this stay, an incident occurred where multiple colleagues' luggage got mixed up due to improper placement, leading to a troublesome misunderstanding when someone picked up the wrong suitcase. I hope this can be improved upon.

The hotel is across from Lotte Department Store. It's an old hotel with a classic charm. The location is great and very convenient.
