The room was spacious with a great view. It's an older hotel, but the location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall and with an ATM nearby, which was very convenient for currency exchange.

My clients have been staying here all month. It's incredibly convenient, located right on Trần Hưng Đạo Street, which is a main thoroughfare downtown. There are supermarkets directly across and next door. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, are all really outstanding and super friendly. All in all, it's just lovely.

The room is in the most convenient location downtown, right across from Go! Supermarket, which I'd say is the best value and most well-stocked supermarket in Hanoi. It's a great place to buy souvenirs.

Hotel's design feeling classic. It's quite comfortable for business traveler like me due to the location not far from my destination.

The pajamas are all torn, the coffee pot doesn't even work, and the microwave isn't plugged in... how can a hotel like this be considered a five-star hotel?

The hotel looks grand and the facilities are quite comprehensive. There are a lot of Korean and Japanese guests. The rooms inside the hotel seem a bit dated but they are clean. It's located by the main road, not noisy, and transportation is convenient.

The hotel's location and surrounding environment are quite good. There's a mall nearby for dining and shopping, and transportation is convenient. However, the room facilities are genuinely disappointing, and there's a strong odor.

Hotel js clean and good location. Breakfast is great. Staff are not friendly just do what is ask. Bad impression as no one is smiling and friendly. Strange or maybe they under pressure or not happy at work. The water for shower and tap water is not hot at all. Wanna take shower at night at it is really just body temperature not matter how I adjust the water tap. It is never coems out hot water. Kait a bit warm; this is really bad thing!

Air conditioning not in operation at lobby area. Check out staff request to check room before check out.

Repeat stay. Highly recommended. Staffs are friendly as well. Hotel is clean and cosy.

It was terrible visit I stayed 2 nights and every single morning they start the construction for renovation or something(I don't know well actually) The problem is that the noise is too loud to sleep with drilling and hammering sound. The manager of the hotel, gave me some options like move to other room or a little more sleep at other room But, the issue was they don't have any will to stop doing that construction If the hotel has any plan for reconstruction or any related plan, then they should have noticed But they did nothing but saying sorry

The room was great, clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied with the service. The housekeeping staff were enthusiastic, the hotel's location was convenient, and it offered good value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
