Nice and clean room. Good selections of foods for breakfast. Many restaurants nearby the hotel, which is big plus.

The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water. The service was prompt, and it offered great value for money. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations, and I recommend staying here.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection was extensive and the food was decent. It's also conveniently located near a shopping mall and market, making it great for shopping and dining. However, during my stay, there was construction downstairs, which was a bit of a downside when I was in the room during the day. All things considered, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is newly renovated, with very large and clean rooms and an excellent view. The location is also superb, close to a big shopping mall and a large supermarket. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast; there are too few Vietnamese options and it lacks character.

Everything was good, but the traffic in Hanoi was really bad. If you go there on the weekend, I recommend avoiding rush hour.

The room was spacious, and the service was very attentive; staff even helped carry our luggage to the room. The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining very convenient, with a mall and supermarket nearby. There's also a small lake next to it, which is a great bonus for morning runners. Right by the lake, there's a branch of Pho 10, a famous pho restaurant that President Obama once visited. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by the rich aroma of beef broth, which is somewhat similar to the scent of Northwestern Chinese beef noodle soup, yet distinctly different. Do note that an additional tax is charged when dining here.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean, but construction noise at 6 AM and during lunchtime prevented me from sleeping in.

The hotel has been renovated, so it's very clean and neat. The breakfast is also excellent. The location is quite central, not too far from My Dinh. There's also a K-Mart nearby, so you can easily get Korean food.
