M Village properties in Hanoi

We received such a warm welcome and even got some tips right away for our stay in Hanoi. The check-in was genuinely exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our room was also wonderful; we immediately felt at home. It had a small window nook with a cozy reading armchair. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and apart from a fridge, safe, and TV, the room was equipped with everything else you might need. In the mornings, if you plan to go to the Old Quarter during rush hour, you should definitely allow extra time. We'd love to come back again.

Stayed at M Village Kim Ma during my holiday in Hanoi and really enjoyed my time here. Location-wise, it’s about a 15-minute ride to the Old Quarter, close enough to explore, yet far enough to enjoy a quieter area. I also appreciated having a coworking space where I could still get some work done. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. The elevator happened to go under maintenance the night we arrived, and we were told it would be ready the next day. It took a bit longer than expected, but the team handled it so well. They offered us complimentary breakfast for our entire stay, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The facilities were excellent too: new washing machines and dryers, a gym, and everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and great value for money. I’d definitely love to come back to M Village Kim Ma on my next visit to Hanoi.

Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and considerate, taking good care of us. Environment: The surrounding area is excellent, located right next to the consulate district, with many five-star hotels and authentic Vietnamese restaurants nearby.

We made 3 different reservations at this hotel and stayed for about 20 days. It is in a perfect location, very nice, very close to everything and quiet. It is very clean and this was very important to us. The laundry and work area are very good. The staff is very attentive and really good. I recommend this hotel to everyone. If we come to Vietnam again, I would like to stay at M Hotel again.
