Facilities: The hotel is very new and the facilities are excellent. The riverside location is also fantastic. Hygiene: The room was clean and the toiletries were good. Environment: The environment is great. Service: The service is excellent, and having a dedicated butler was a nice touch and very attentive.

The hotel is located by the Han River, which is super convenient for seeing the black-headed gulls, right across the road. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel environment is also good, very clean, and the toiletries are well-stocked. We had a great stay! 😀😀😀
