我在網上定了1.5的兩張床，到酒店後店主藉口説沒有升級，要住1.5的床要另外加錢不住了又不能取消，加了錢也可以住三張床，收了錢後，把我們帶到三樓又説沒有三張床的了也不退錢還各種找藉口我也難得和他爭辯了，等於花錢買個教訓。進去後一股難聞的味道，洗髮露那些也極差根本不能用，衞生差…
