Cresta Oasis Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at Cresta Hotels and was accommodated very well by the team. The check-out process was smooth, the food was amazing, and the room was generally clean and comfortable. I was also lucky to visit on a day when they had a traditional dinner, with food representing different African countries. I really enjoyed the variety and the experience — it made the evening feel special. The only challenge I experienced was during check-in. I was scheduled to check in at 2 p.m., but I only received my room close to 3 p.m. The waiting time felt quite long, especially because I was exhausted and had already paid online about three hours before arrival. My expectation was that the process would be quicker. In terms of cleanliness, the room was clean overall, although I noticed that the curtains could use a wash. I did not have time to use the gym, but the pool looked clean and well maintained from my window. Overall, it was a good experience, with great food, good service, and only a few areas that could be improved.

Hotel badly in need of refurbishment and need accessibility to elderly and disabled. Need a lift. Curtains are falling and cleaners knock at door early morning. Need no-disturbance sign.

I do not recommend this hotel if you expect fair and responsible customer service. Following a payment error with my credit card, the hotel acknowledged the issue and assured me that a refund would be processed. More than five months later, I am still waiting to be reimbursed approximately USD 500 for a room I never used. Despite numerous follow-up attempts by email and phone, and even having someone visit the hotel in person to speak directly with management, I have received neither a response nor the promised refund. All follow-up requests regarding the refund have gone unanswered. This is not a minor inconvenience but a significant amount of money the hotel has failed to refund despite acknowledging the situation. . For future guests, I would strongly advise considering another hotel. A hotel's true quality is revealed by how it handles problems, and in my experience, this hotel showed a complete lack of accountability and an unacceptable level of customer service. If you value reliable service, support and solutions provided when a problem arises, this is not a hotel I would recommend.

Cresta Oasis Hotel made my June 2026 business trip easy. Staff service was excellent and really welcoming. The room was very good on cleanliness and comfort. Value is solid for what you get.
