Guest UserThis hotel is one of the best option to stay in Harare. It’s new, modern and very clean. The size of the room is unexpectedly large. The service is perfect. Right next to the hotel there is a cafe where you can have a good breakfast and some bakery. I’d definitely recommend this place for international tourists!

The corridors lights could not be switched off at night making the room uncomfortable to fall asleep as the light permeated the room.
The bed side lights were non functional needing one to walk to the entrance wall to switch off the room light.
Made a complaint about these issues but nothing was done about it. Quite poor service

陈I heard that this is the first hotel in the city. It has a long history, so many of the equipment is relatively old. What I do n’t understand is that there is no air conditioning. Obviously there are fewer mosquitoes and the breakfast provided is ok. Accommodation in Zimbabwe is at least about $ 100, otherwise the environment is more general.
