The Tall House is a fantastic place to stay. I cannot fault it at all. Dan and Judy are lovely and make you feel like part of the family. The conversations are great and they are very attentive. The breakfast is amazing, pick what you want the night before and it’s bought to your room at the time you want! Bed was very comfy and the shower had really good pressure. Nice little village where all you can hear is nature. Would definitely stay again.

Tucked away down a quiet lane in a fold in the hills yet very close to Totnes is the tiny village of Harberton where you will find The Tall House. We have stayed here several times and I'm sure we will be visiting again. A nicer and more welcoming couple, Dan and Judy, you could never wish to meet. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. After a superb breakfast choice, which will set you up for the day, and on your return you maybe surprised by some lovely home-made cake. A great place to stay.

Lovely spacious en-suite room, friendly welcoming hosts; and the breakfasts are really special. The village is lovely with an excellent pub yards away, and Totnes is only a 45 minute walk/10 minute drive away. The Tall House is a wonderful place to stay for exploring a beautiful area.

This is one of the most comfortable, welcoming stays we’ve had. The breakfasts were scrumptious, the room comfortable, a great nights sleep. The location is perfect for exploring South Devon. Judy and Dan are perfect hosts. They make you feel part of their lovely home. A truly wonderful stay and one we’d like to repeat.

Just returned from a truly wonderful stay with Judy and Dan in their house. Can honestly say that their breakfast exceeded all expectations. and agree with all previous comments. The bathroom contained wonderful toiletries. Only downside is the parking. Will be back.

Peaceful and tranquil location with truly gorgeous views Delicious breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade preserves, and beautiful presentation Stunning room with everything you need including a wide selection of tea, coffee etc biscuits and fruit Kind and thoughtful hosts who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable Looking forward to returning again very soon.
