I book family room..nice room and fit my family. But only for the water in bathroom..its rusty...but for the service, very recommended..the owner come and pick us up at the airport which is very convenient to us. He is very helpful.

Located appx 5km from the airport is good if you have an early morning flight. The owner will drop you at the airport foc.

We arrived at the hotel late night hoping taking a shower in a fresh after long travel. But the water is so rusty that I could not take a shower. The reception said it was rusty like this everywhere in the town and told me to ignore it and get some rest. The room was very cold. Bedding sheet with dust. Very disappointed. Btw only free airport transfer was convenient.

The hotel is perfectly fine. Breakfast was quite limited, but you could still manage to find something to eat.

Worth the price! The best part is they offer free pick up..i just texted them through trip message telling them that i’ve arrived..in just a few minutes the driver arrived to pick us at the airport with MPV..very convenient

I have stayed there for 2 days- in the first day, It’s a bit disappointed because the room was not clean, it has some fungus in the corner of the room but the other day I got another room, this room was good quite big and warm. Excellent service. Warm hospitality. He upgraded one of our two rooms. Nice jiao zhi served in the room. Highly recommended especially for those arriving late at night to Harbin airport. The owner will pick up free of charge and drop off clients accordingly.

The hotel is 1.8 km from the airport, very convenient. The reception was polite. The taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, so we called the hotel, and he drove us there, and a girl met us. The hotel itself is clean, but in need of some renovations, but it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay. We were provided with a complimentary airport shuttle.

The host wrote me a day before asking if I needed to be picked up at the airport. I needed a hotel-airport service since I arrived by train. It is good for a service to sleep for a couple of hours and leave. The hotel is old, very Chinese style. The transfer van is not new but clean and works for what is required. I must confess that I stuck the door when sleeping, since as a single woman I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere in an old hotel, but during the day it changed its image.
