Grand Mercure Harbin Downtown

The hotel's location is quite close to the West Station, but a bit far from the city center. It has its own parking lot, though it's a minor hassle having to go to the front desk to scan a code every time you drive out. Hope they can improve that. The hotel service is excellent; everyone is very friendly. We booked a family suite, which was actually two interconnected rooms, offering plenty of space for three people. Very satisfied.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, just a 5-minute taxi ride away. It's a bit far from the attractions, but taxi fares aren't expensive. We booked a family suite with two rooms; one room didn't have a window, but it did have an air purifier. There were two good-sized bathrooms, and it was very quiet. The amenities were decent, including a smart toilet, a refrigerator, and complimentary fruit and a minibar. Breakfast was quite generous, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This was my first stay at the Harbin Mercure Hui Zhi, and it felt like opening a mystery box – full of pleasant surprises! The price I paid for this booking was incredibly good value. What surprised me the most were the welcome fruits in the room and the complimentary mini-bar afternoon tea; they really paid attention to the details. The hotel was very thoughtful with its choice of linens and the quality of the amenities. Even the placement of the trash can was carefully designed. These small details show how deeply the brand understands hotel management, truly putting themselves in the guests' shoes and meticulously refining every aspect of the experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel isn't in the bustling part of Harbin, but it's closer to the airport than the city center, and parking is super convenient. I really liked the layout of my room; it was also very spacious. The complimentary mini-bar was a thoughtful touch. And breakfast was incredibly rich and varied.

Staying for consecutive nights as a Ctrip member, I got a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was great. The breakfast was good, and there were free drinks in the room. However, I found it a bit off-putting that the cleaning staff rinsed the mop directly in the sink in the bathroom.

The decor is luxurious and grand, the room is spacious and comfortable, the hot water is good, the air conditioning system works perfectly, the staff are friendly and kind, and the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean, tidy, and uniquely styled. The lobby's St. Sophia Cathedral background wall is absolutely stunning! The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with the check-in process. They even gave us complimentary drinks when we checked out, which was a lovely touch!
