The hotel is very nice. Good location- close to a subway station and many food options available in the area. We had a lovely view of the city from the room. The hotel is difficult to find and there are no signs indicating where the hotel is. Some staff are not very friendly though. Overall a good stay.

The room itself is pretty good, and the location is excellent. However, the building it's in is quite old and run-down, especially when compared to the modern All Seasons Hotel right next door – there's a significant difference. Plus, you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself from the front desk to your room, which is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast is a bit basic and not worth the price; you're better off eating out.

The location is very convenient, and it's easy to get a taxi. The price is also very affordable, which is great! They also offer free pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail West Station, but if you arrive too early, the driver might not be on duty yet. Overall, it's excellent.

The room was decent, and the heating worked very well. It's just one stop away from Harbin West, and downstairs you'll find Wanda Plaza and a whole street of restaurants. Great value for money!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. Location is near the train station. Recommend to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Giving it a good review because: 1. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. Out of the 27 nights we spent in hotels during our trip to China, spanning Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbaishan, and Xuegu, I honestly think this hotel had the best front desk service! Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic. If I could, I'd write down all their names. When we checked in, the front desk staff (whose names I didn't get) helped me carry my luggage (which was very heavy). When we checked out, Ms. Guo also proactively helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. Ms. Yan at the front desk was also very good. Auntie Yan, who handled the cleaning, provided great service; she was always friendly, greeting us and asking how we were. 2. The room was spacious and had a sofa, making it very comfortable and convenient. The hot shower was also very relaxing. 3. On my floor, there were two washing machines and two dryers, which was very convenient for doing laundry. There are many places to eat downstairs. Recommendation: There's a "Nanjing Soup Dumpling Noodle Restaurant" nearby. The name of the shop is Yuan Xiang Ju (please see the pictures for the exact name). The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. They have soup dumplings, noodles, and more.

Had a fantastic stay! They offer free shuttle service to and from the station, and you can even have food deliveries brought right to your room. The heating in the room was excellent, and the central air conditioning allowed for good ventilation even in winter. Service was also very good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there were plenty of snack stalls around the hotel. The only minor thing was that the left side of the projector screen seemed a little blurry, but it was hardly noticeable unless you really looked closely. At this price, just book it – the value for money is absolutely superb.

Good location, just a couple hundred meters fr KaiShengYuan Metro station, next to Wanda Shopping Mall @ Harbin West. I called the hotel using Trip.com internet call, and managed to book a transfer from Harbin West HSR station to the hotel. The breakfast is OK, and there is washing machine and dryer to do your laundry. Room is very spacious. One of the room, the bathroom light is faulty. Highly recommended for this price range.

We really liked the hotel. It is located on the 17th and 18th floors of a high-rise building. The windows offer a magnificent view of the city and Harbin West Railway Station. The location is very good, the metro station and bus stops and three huge shopping centers are close to the hotel. The decoration of the room is very pleasant. Gorgeous comfortable beds and great bedding. The bathroom is beautiful and comfortable. Sofas with a window lounge table add home comfort. The breakfasts are delicious, diverse, and hearty. Polite and helpful staff. If we go to Harbin, we'll stay at this hotel again.

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent. Every time I visit Harbin, I choose to stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and dining. There are also plenty of malls and supermarkets nearby. I'm always very satisfied!

It's a little hard to find the hotel, but once you find it, it's ok. It was clean the location is also good but the best part was the customer service. I don't speak Chinese, but the customer service team was so helpful. The picture below shows only 1 of the ladies who helped me. They were all good, though The elevators and main entrance could be more visually appealing but it's doable.

Excellent experience. Receptionists were friendly. The view was amazing. Would definitely stay again.
