Satisfied. The apartment room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it even came with a rocking chair. It's a shame I had to rush off to catch my bus and couldn't spend more time enjoying the room. What a pity!

This was clearly just a self-renovated apartment. The photos and the actual place are completely different and very misleading. One room had a terrible smell, and I didn't even dare to use the toilet. Ctrip, please review these listings more strictly.

This property is located in a residential community. The staff member was very helpful, coming to pick us up and guide us to the location. They also offer luggage storage, and even assisted us by bringing our bags out when we came to collect them. Overall, the service was really thoughtful. While the room's decor felt a bit dated, it was clean. This is perfectly acceptable, especially since hotels directly next to the Ice and Snow World are prohibitively expensive.
