Luxi hotel

The soundproofing was terrible; it felt like the car was whirring right next to my ears all night 😓 I couldn't sleep at all... The facilities and front desk service were very good.

The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic; it was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my 3,000-kilometer journey through northern China. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. 👍 I will definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Harbin, and I would choose this hotel again if I come back.

Don't book this! The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear the neighbor snoring in the middle of the night. When I complained to customer service, they told me they hadn't heard from other guests! It's ridiculous. And unless you tell them, no one will clean your room! If you stay for several days in a row, no one will clean your room even the day before yesterday if you don't tell them! How absurd!

The price was reasonable, the environment was clean, and the room sizes were all suitable. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing. While the traffic noise was tolerable, the neighbors were incredibly noisy; I was woken up at 6 AM by their chattering child. Everything else was great!

I compared many hotels online before coming to Harbin, and this was definitely the right choice. The rooms were spacious and clean, the receptionists were welcoming, and it was excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
