The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were lovely. The cleaning lady was particularly enthusiastic and proactively offered bottled water and tidied the room daily. The front desk was also very responsive to requests. There are plenty of food options near the hotel, and a morning market right downstairs. Plus, the children's park nearby was perfect for the kids to play in the snow.

The ultimate stay in Ice City! Vanlee Hotel Gogol Street branch made my trip perfect. Coming to Harbin for winter, choosing the right hotel made my travel happiness skyrocket! Vanlee Hotel Gogol Street, a mid-to-high-end gem under Lichang, completely won me over after my stay. It's definitely on my list for a second visit! Prime location + convenient transportation = pure joy for foodies and shoppers! The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Nangang District, just a 5-minute walk to Qiulin Company where you can easily buy red sausage, Kvass, and Harbin bread. Next door is Children's Park, with its vintage mini-train and castle gate, perfect for fairy-tale-like photos. A 10-minute walk brings you to the red brick dome of St. Alexeiev Church. The area is packed with amazing food, including Jingangshan BBQ, Portman Western Restaurant, and Lao Ding Feng. Even Fendou Supermarket, a local favorite, is nearby, so you can enjoy authentic Northeastern flavors late into the night. It's only 680 meters from Gongren Wenhua Palace Metro Station, offering easy access to Harbin Station. A city walk along Gogol Street's century-old Russian-style buildings is also conveniently on the way. Getting around is a breeze. Smart features + premium quality = comfortable stay and great photos! The lobby perfectly blends modern art with retro charm, featuring abstract paintings and a green wall, making every snapshot a stunning, atmospheric photo. The room details directly met my needs. The all-smart control system is fantastic; just say "Tmall Genie" to adjust lights or close curtains – perfect for lazy travelers. Dyson hairdryers and smart toilets are provided, instantly elevating the sense of quality. The family room is a blessing for those with kids, offering colorful building blocks, a fun tent, and exclusive children's toiletries. Kids won't want to leave once they're in! The audio-visual room, with its HD big screen and stereo sound, feels like a private cinema for watching movies, and the soundproofing is excellent, blocking out all outside noise. Warm service + comprehensive facilities = attention to detail everywhere! The front desk is 24/7. Upon check-in, they proactively offered a disposable travel bag and helped with luggage. The in-room one-touch call button provides super-fast response. Housekeeping neatly arranges slippers daily and fully restocks toiletries. Upon check-out, we even received red sausage and Kvass as a farewell gift, letting us take a taste of Ice City home. Downstairs, there's a free coffee machine and floral tea area for refreshments. The 28-yuan self-service breakfast is truly excellent, with authentic and filling options like red sausage porridge and Russian bread. Laundry room, gym, children's play area, and chess room are all available. They even thoughtfully provide hearing aids. Whether it's a family trip, a romantic getaway, or solo travel, everyone can find their unique enjoyment here. In the freezing Ice City, returning to a cozy room with warm lighting, walking barefoot on the heated floor, and unwinding from the day's fatigue – who wouldn't love such a travel experience? Next time I come to Harbin, I'm staying here again!

The room facilities are very complete. The room is cozy and warm. It's convenient for getting around, being quite close to the station. There were welcome fruits upon check-in, and all the staff were very thoughtful.

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service and were quick to resolve any issues! The room environment was also good, and the bed was quite comfortable! The screen mirroring was very convenient! The Tmall Genie in the room was also a great feature! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
