This hotel was the most comfortable and coziest we stayed in during our twelve-day trip. The breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The decor is exquisite and high-end, and our kids absolutely loved it! Next time we're in Harbin, we'll definitely book this hotel again!

As a Heilongjiang native who hadn't been home in ten years, I was absolutely delighted with my stay. Our Harbin's service has truly gone up a huge notch! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff proactively upgraded us to a family room when they saw we had two children. The lobby security was so helpful, offering warm reminders, opening doors, and even helping me receive and open a package. The cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. And the hotel breakfast? Absolutely outstanding! I got to enjoy hometown dishes like cucumber with minced meat, fried hairtail, frozen pears, aspic, roasted chicken, and 'liurouduan' (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce). The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The environment, facilities, and service level are truly exceptional for a hotel in this price range – and I mean that in comparison to what you get for the same money elsewhere. We were right next to Zhaolin Park, so the kids could come straight back and rest after playing on the ice. Sophia Cathedral was only a ten-minute walk, and Central Street just five minutes. All in all, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your efforts in making Harbin so charming! 👍

The hotel's service team is professional and enthusiastic, and their reception etiquette is thoughtful and appropriate. Despite the outdoor temperature dropping to -25℃, the staff's warmth, radiating at 21.75℃, made us feel incredibly cozy. The restaurant offers top-notch cuisine, and the rooms feature a modern, minimalist, all-white design. It's clean and offers excellent value for money. The location is superb, just an 8-minute walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral and a 5-minute walk from Daoli Market. Highly recommended!
