Mudong Youth Hostel (Harbin Central Street Branch)

The hostel is well-equipped and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Due to work, I wasn't able to check in on my originally booked date and had to arrive a day later. Since it was a holiday, the system showed no availability when I tried to change the date. To my surprise, the hostel not only held my room but also proactively contacted the platform to waive the first night's fee. It was incredibly thoughtful! The passion fruit and acacia flower tea I DIY-ed at the hostel's front desk also became a memorable part of my trip. Years from now, I'll probably still remember sipping that fruit tea while overlooking Central Street! Attaching a few photos of Harbin in spring.

I stayed in an eight-person room, and the facilities were very complete. It had an en-suite bathroom, which was clean and hygienic. The space was also very large, so it didn't feel crowded at all. It's located right on Central Avenue, which is super convenient. The only downside was that the elevator wasn't working, so we had to climb the stairs to the fourth floor. However, they helped carry luggage up and down. Right outside the door is a cinema, and you can get discounted tickets, so it's worth checking out if you have time. The service was also very thoughtful. It would be absolutely perfect if the elevator was fixed.

Extremely satisfied, this hostel's environment and professionalism surpass any other in the three northeastern provinces.

Overall, my stay in Harbin was very comfortable. The accommodation offered great service in all aspects. The towels were cheap, and toothbrushes were provided for free, among other things.

The front desk service was excellent, and I really enjoyed the music playing in the common area. It was so good, I could work comfortably without headphones (haha)! The washing machine was great and free to use, which was a real plus.

First time staying in a youth hostel and it totally exceeded my expectations! I always imagined hostels to be dim and chaotic, but this one was surprisingly clean and tidy. It's incredibly spotless, with housekeeping cleaning every day. The bedding was also very comfortable. It's located right on Central Street, so it's super easy to find.

Excellent, highly recommended! There are many students studying for exams, and often international friends staying here. The receptionists, whether male or female, are super nice. The elevator wasn't working, but a security guard helped with my luggage. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on Central Street.

Traveling solo, it was my first time seeing snow as someone from the South, and I was absolutely thrilled! The hotel is quite close to Central Street; you just turn right out the door and you're at Stalin Park. I just came a bit late. Next time, I definitely want to go when it's snowing heavily.
