First-time stay: We were treated to complimentary afternoon tea with fruits and pastries, which is perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The bathroom is very spacious, and the upgraded room features a bathtub. Ambience: Baroque style with gorgeous glass features—undeniably stunning! As for the disposable slippers, they are much thicker than the ones at Ji Hotels. Service: Every staff member I met here was extremely warm and enthusiastic. The doorman even actively helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. It truly makes you feel at home; the service here is even more attentive than many hotels costing 800 to 900 yuan. I only stayed for one night, but any reasonable request you make is genuinely taken care of! They even proactively upgraded our room! Check-out came with a farewell souvenir: specialty candies. Location: Very close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street), just a few minutes' walk away. My husband and I also stayed at The Grand Mansion 1903 this trip, but we felt that Dayang Ritz offered service that was much more comforting and pleasant. We will definitely stay at Dayang Ritz again and recommend it to our family and friends.

The service was genuinely warm and enthusiastic, and the staff were very attentive with everything from handling luggage to parking. It's located pretty much in the city center, and the interior design is really interesting. The little cake included in the welcome fruit platter was delicious.

The crystal chandeliers and carved decorations in the lobby create an amazing ambiance, perfectly capturing the romance of the "Paris of the East." Both the public areas and the rooms are great for taking photos. The location is a huge advantage—Central Street is within walking distance, making shopping, dining, and getting around extremely convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The staff were polite and courteous, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall stay was wonderful. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Harbin, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling here!

Breakfast: Also quite tasty. Afternoon Tea: Definitely has a great ambiance. After checking in, it felt just like a palace, very beautiful, and the facilities inside are also quite good.

A hidden gem of a hotel with an amazing ambiance and warm, attentive service. The rooms are kept spotless every day, and they even offered a nice afternoon tea on the first day. The breakfast is abundant—to my surprise, they even serve freshly fried Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork). The hotel is very close to Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street), making it extremely convenient to get to all of Harbin's attractions.

5-star perfection! The Ritz delivered an ultimate experience. The service was professional and attentive, the room was clean and elegant, and the bedding was super comfortable—especially the duvet, which was just amazing (I forgot to ask what material it was). Thoughtful touches everywhere made the entire stay delightful. Highly recommended!

Pros: Warm and enthusiastic service, great location with easy access to Central Street, excellent bedding, nice smart lights and curtains, and a fantastic breakfast environment! Cons: No lighting at the vanity, the toilet flush is too loud, and the soundproofing is a bit poor as you can hear people walking in the hallway.

The room is indeed a bit small, but it's clean and full of character—great for taking cute outfit photos. The location is good too. The service is also quite nice; any issues were resolved promptly. Overall, it's a good experience and I would recommend it to my friends.

Welcome fruit: Had a great variety, very nice. LIZZY Selected Souvenir: Came with a nice souvenir gift. Kids under 12 enjoy the buffet breakfast for free. The hotel is extremely photogenic (great for photos), and the location is fantastic—Central Street is right outside the door.
