在火車站旁邊，下了機場大巴過個過街通道上來就是，一樓大廳24小時都有人在。攜程真的很好，工作人員會電話提醒，還跟酒店説房間整晚保留。酒店也很好前台小哥哥打電話確認過後我們到店第一時間拿上兩瓶熱礦泉水辦理入住方便，房間整齊乾淨，設施都很新，沒有異味。吹風機吹頭髮可快了。沐浴露和洗髮水也很香。空調熱風很足，一點不用擔心冷。在房間裏可以直接看的哈爾濱站。很漂亮。外賣是機器人送上樓的，很貼心。行李可以寄存前台，前台還有熱花茶，還有洗衣室和健身鍛鍊地方。本來以為火車站旁邊酒店都是人多環境不好，結果一點也不是的。超級好評。

酒店隔音不好，因為是舊樓改的，隔音差，坐便是智能自動沖水的，但便圈不是加熱的，服務可以，前台有免費茶飲和咖啡機

房間乾淨，窗外風景是哈爾濱火車站非常棒，坐在床邊桌子吃東西感覺絕了。酒店有洗衣房，衹是到了晚上很多人要洗衣得排隊。30號值夜班的小姐姐態度不是很好，我衹是問如果留字條（酒店準備的），他們會幫我烘乾衣嗎（已經半夜12點多還有很多人排隊烘乾衣），小姐姐的回答態度不是很好，眼鏡盯着電腦回覆我問題有點沒禮貌哦，如果不能就説不能，不要這樣的態度。不過1號值夜班的小姐姐她非常棒，我都沒要她幫忙，隔天拿衣服時她已經幫我裝進袋了。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備完善，早餐豐富，服務態度非常贊。酒店的位置位於哈爾濱站對面，下樓就是地鐵，出行非常方便。這是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗👍👍👍

We booked the tatami room because it looks nice.
The room was clean and warm. But it was a bit unpractical for elderly.
For those who brought elderly, please keep in mind, it's harder to sit up from the tatami bed due to low height.
And no real place to put our luggages properly without making the room looking messy.
The hotel is very close to the airport bus stop (Tianzhu hotel stop). Around 7 mt walk. And infront of the station (7mt walk).

位置很方便 哈爾濱站對面 邊上是個醫院 ，設施也比較新 總的來説是挺舒適的，和如家在同一幢樓 走的不同電梯，離機場大巴站大概10分鐘
