The hotel is connected to the mall. Very convinient for us travellers. Tons of food to eat and places to shop. Also easy to book didi to other places in Harbin and close to the subway station as well

The hotel is good, the guys at the reception are very responsive and help if there are any difficulties. There are many shopping centers nearby. Breakfasts are delicious, there is European cuisine

住了三晚，前台免費升級了套房，房間很乾凈，空調也很給力，裡外間兩個電視，還有正經書桌，剛好適合孩子晚上上課用，賓館地理位置很便利，25層以上是賓館，底商三層是商場，馬路對面是萬達商城和地鐵站，離哈爾濱高鐵西站也很近。出門打車也很方便。一個字滿意。如果要去中央大街的話，地鐵需要倒一次共13站。唯一缺點就是兩部專用電梯速度有點慢，而且刷卡乘梯這個按鍵功能沒有啟用，不住店也是可以隨便乘坐的。

入住當天，空調各種調試不涼沒風，熱的一腦袋汗，給前台打電話，想要換個房間，一個男服務員説客房全滿換不了！還説空調都是剛檢修過的，也沒人反應過，後來實在熱不行，才有個服務人員上來看，確實空調有問題！孩子也熱實在忍不了了。又給前台打電話，一個女服務員説可以升級換房，讓到前台拿新房卡，又讓我以個人理由退掉攜程平台訂單，然後給我重新辦理入住，我沒幹！其實他就是怕我給差評！你衹要酒店服務好，誰會給你差評呢？我覺得以後還是多一些真誠，少一些套路為好！另外説一下，酒店設施還算可以，但洗澡水忽冷忽熱！地下停車每天衹能免12個小時，像我一樣停了三天沒動就要交60塊錢。酒店位置挺好的，邊上就是萬達，本身也是西城紅場商場上邊！就説這麼多吧。

距離高鐵站和地鐵都很近；
入住時因為定的房間有狐臭味（上一個客人是老外，味道還沒消散；入住的這幾天確實遇到好幾波老外，身體散發的味道確實一言難盡），前台給免費升級了親子套房，小朋友特別喜歡！
所有人的服務態度都非常非常好，導致哪怕有一些衞生的小瑕疵都不太好意思再麻煩她們！尤其一位短髮小姐姐，如沐春風，像是自家人一樣的關照備註～
樓下有超市葯店商場，甚至我晚上11:00多下單了一雙鞋，也能給我送上來，太不可思議了！ 獨自帶娃出行，生活上的便利太重要了！
