Check in and check out was relatively smooth and guy at counter was helpful. I recommend getting breakfast outside as the food was mediocre and very little for the amount paid. You can easily get to nice local restaurants just right outside the hotel.

Good location: very close to the pedestrian street (Zhongyang street), close to restaurants and cafe's. Traditional interior: resembling 20th century architecture. We liked it. Maybe one suggestion is: they should improve the lighting inside the rooms, it was a bit dark.

The location is ideal. Very close to the zhongyang pedestrian street and the river where you can partake in snow activities. The size of our room was perfect for a family of five and the floor heating worked great. Lots of places to eat nearby and convenient waimai delivery straight to our room.
If visiting the harbin ice festival would recommend staying here rather than in songbei where there is nothing nearby.
