No hot water, no disposable slippers, no toothbrush or toothpaste. There wasn't even a TV remote. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for years, with only one charging outlet by the bed. The front desk service attitude was okay, though.

The hotel is clean and everything works fine, but the bathroom is quite small. The washroom door was broken, and the toilet space is tight, you can easily bump into something. It’s very close to Central Street, which is great, but a bit far from the subway. For the size and condition, the price feels a bit high.

The hallway outside our room smelled musty, and the room facilities were extremely poor. The duvet was too thin, the air conditioning made a lot of noise, and the toilet kept dripping. Plus, there was no hot water, so I couldn't even shower for the two days we stayed!
