Perfect location! 2 minutes walk from ZhongYang Street metro station on line 2, direct service to Sun Island, Snow and Ice World, and Harbin Railway Station. Family run place and all incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was warm (very welcome as it was -23 C outside!). The room was a little tired looking and bathroom could have been neater, but as a place to base yourself for the Ice Festival it’s perfect! Would recommend the stay to anyone

Had a fantastic stay, the service was excellent, loved it! They even helped us with our luggage. The breakfast was good too, we could use the microwave to heat things up, and it felt very safe. Definitely great value for money.

There is not much customer. So i stayed alone at dormitory. It was good thing of this. But the locker doesn't have key. So i was nervous about my stuff all the time.

Location near to the main attractions, however no lift inside so you need to carry luggage and backpack to upstairs. In my case i need to bring until level 3. The room is just okay for short stay. Bed are super thin, and you get backaches after wake up. Bathroom are shared, and toilet is squat. And only few can be use, others are broken i think.
