Our trip to Harbin was made even more perfect thanks to Mary's thoughtful service. I have to give a huge shout-out to this amazing and kind manager! From the moment we checked in, Mary's warmth and professionalism made us feel incredibly welcome. She's cheerful and approachable, patiently answering all my questions. When I had practical issues like using room facilities or coordinating travel plans, she was quick to efficiently resolve them, leaving me no worries or waiting around. All my concerns about traveling in an unfamiliar place completely disappeared. The biggest surprise was when I asked for travel advice; she not only generously shared local hidden gems and tips to avoid tourist traps but also meticulously advised on things like warm clothing and transportation routes. Her genuine enthusiasm far exceeded my expectations, almost as if she was recommending her hometown's beauty to a friend. Mary's exceptional service truly defines the warmth of a five-star hotel. Her sincerity and responsibility made the entire stay far better than anticipated. A heartfelt thank you to Mary for her dedicated efforts, and kudos to JW Marriott Harbin for cultivating such an outstanding employee! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and look forward to experiencing Mary's excellent service once more.

The hotel staff are very attentive. Especially Jam at the front desk, who was cheerful and provided excellent service. He was very efficient and even asked about my room preferences when assigning a room. The concierge was also proactive in helping with luggage and introducing the hotel's facilities. The hotel's amenities are complete, and the pool and fitness center are also excellent. I'll definitely bring my family back if I get the chance!

I really loved the location here, with views of the Yangmingtan Bridge and the Songhua River. The hotel also has a pool and a gym available for guests, and I'll definitely be back. The guest relations manager provided excellent service, very satisfied!

The hotel is located in Songbei District, close to many famous attractions. There's a parking lot right at the entrance, making transportation convenient, and taxis can drive directly to the doorstep. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic, with a luxurious and artistic design. The Guest Relations Manager provided very attentive service, and we had a pleasant holiday. We will definitely stay here again.

Parking is very convenient, with a spacious car park right at the hotel entrance. The rooms are generously sized, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. You can enjoy views of the river from the window, and it's just a fifteen-minute drive to Sun Island to see the pandas. The gym facilities are also quite comprehensive. Considering the JW Marriott's positioning and price point, I highly recommend it.

The room attendant provided excellent service. They first arranged all the children's amenities and supplies for us, then quickly got us checked in. Since my child needed a specific light setup, they adjusted all the lights in our room accordingly. We also requested a solid wood chair with non-slip wheels, which we were very happy with. The attendant also gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and places to walk, showing truly attentive service.

The scenic view is excellent, with panoramic night views of the Songhua River. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. Parking is available right outside the hotel and it's free. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Sun Island is not far away, and the river view from the room is beautiful. The Guest Relations Manager communicated with me in advance, which made me feel very comfortable 🤩

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations for this trip, definitely five stars! They even thoughtfully prepared a handwritten card and some fruit for my baby, and patiently answered all my questions throughout. The room view was also amazing, overlooking the river. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around.

JW Marriott is a luxury brand, so it's undoubtedly the best hotel in Harbin. The hotel's facilities and services all live up to that standard. I was in Harbin for two days and, for convenient shopping, I stayed near Central Street on the first day. The next day, I switched to this hotel to enjoy some peace and quiet. When I arrived at the hotel, it was barely 11 AM, and I hopefully asked the front desk if a room was available for early check-in. The front desk confirmed they had a room and immediately processed my check-in, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's pool is excellent, a standard 25 meters long with a comfortable water temperature. The Chinese restaurant is also great; the dishes are delicious, and the restaurant manager is very welcoming.

The hotel is located near the municipal government in Songbei District. I stayed on the 27th floor, which offered a fantastic view for watching the sunrise. The hotel's exterior is new and stylish, and the surrounding air quality is good. Before check-in, a guest relations manager called to ask about my needs. There was a minor issue during my stay, and they personally helped me switch rooms, which turned out to have an unexpectedly good view. I'll definitely choose this place again in the future.

A five-star hotel truly lives up to its five-star rating – the environment and cleanliness are beyond reproach, consistently maintaining a high standard. I just want to say that among the three hotels I stayed at in Harbin, including two that were ranked in the top five, it was ultimately the Marriott, chosen as my last stop, that provided the most comfortable experience in all aspects for the same price range. The main difference is that the Marriott isn't on Central Street; it's on the north bank of the river, but it's very quiet, and a 20-minute taxi ride for getting around is perfectly fine. **Ambiance:** The room was very spacious. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a panoramic view of the Songhua River opposite – a truly comfortable vista. **Cleanliness:** The bathroom included a bathtub, which my child loved. The bathroom facilities and cleanliness were of standard star-rated quality, and the entire room's carpet was also clean. **Service:** My only regret is that the laundry service costs extra. After all, it's an established five-star hotel, and I had forgotten that laundry would incur a fee. Plus, charging per item makes it quite expensive. It feels like many hotels now offer 24-hour self-service laundries. For example, at the Harbin International Convention Center Hotel (assuming '哈布斯堡' is a typo for '哈国展' or another Harbin hotel with self-service, as 'Habsburg' doesn't fit the context; if it's meant to be a specific hotel, please clarify), not only is laundry self-service, but they also offer a collection and delivery service, even folding and ironing clothes for us last time. **Overall Impression:** It feels very business-oriented, but comfortable. For someone from the south, this type of hotel generally feels more suitable.

As a five-star hotel under an international brand, the furniture in the room is quite outdated, as shown in the photos I took. The shower in the bathroom is handheld only; the diverter switch is stuck and won't allow use of the overhead shower. Even if it's not a smart TV with screen mirroring like most hotels have nowadays, it should at least be high-definition, right? But the display looks like something from the 80s or 90s. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly discriminatory. When foreign guests arrived, staff would actively pull out chairs and provide cutlery, but Chinese guests were apparently not treated the same. Fine, since there are always foreign guests coming and going, and considering there's bread and butter at breakfast in addition to knives and forks, there should at least be a butter knife. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a five-star hotel.
