Very pleasant hotel for a short stay in Harbin. It’s an Ibis, so you know exactly what it will be like. Rooms are simple, but clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is okay, but there is another Ibis about half a mile down the road that is closer to the main attractions. Still, a short and easy walk to Central Street. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the breakfast is good, with a wide range of dishes (especially pickles). Recommended!

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there.
All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside.
My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

The hotel is in a central place close to everything. Transport is easily accessible and you can even walk to most places. However our room was dirty and smelled of cigarette. We requested a none smoking room yet when you enter, the cigarette stench was too strong. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and even the next day, room service still didn’t clean properly. The only thing that was nice was the bathroom and it is spacious.

Good location. Breakfast available. Just 1 min walk from the morning market which opens from 6am to 8am. Friendly staff. Free tanghulu for guests to taste. They also have a counter from travel agency at their reception for you to book trips to other places in heilongjiang or day trips within the city.
