Sheraton Harbin Xiangfang Hotel

The hotel is relatively remote in Kazakhstan, but the surrounding area is very convenient. It is close to Wanda and there are many restaurants in the surrounding area! The room is very bright! The breakfast variety is average. There are no vegetables in the soup noodle stall, only bean sprouts and white radish, and the only salad vegetables are endive. I feel that the breakfast is very inconsistent with the Sheraton, and it is too different from the Sheraton in other cities.

The room is very clean and tidy. The bunny shape is very cute. My kids like it very much. The service attitude is also very good. They sent fruits and drinks. It is definitely a good choice to choose Sheraton!

We booked a parent-child room and were very satisfied: a 2-meter bed and a single bed can be put together as required, which is very convenient for taking care of the baby after the bed is separated; a bed fence is also provided; the room layout is very cute, and there is a small basketball stand, and the baby is very happy to play basketball 🏀; the room area is large enough; the bathroom is equipped with a small bathtub 🛁, which is convenient for the baby to bathe, the toilet 🚽 is equipped with a pediatric toilet, and the washbasin is also at a height that the baby can reach, and there are baby bathing products, which is very considerate. The downside is that the water in the shower 🚿 is a little small, but it is enough. I found that there is no body lotion, which is a bit unexpected in such a dry place in the Northeast.

The room is clean and tidy, the parent-child room is lively and cute, and the children like it.

The worst place to stay at is the five-star Sheraton. When I ordered takeout at 12:30 in the middle of the night, there was no robot or waiter to deliver it. The temperature was -20 degrees below zero and I asked someone to go to Datang to pick it up. The bedding was not changed for three days, which is also a unique feature of Sheraton.
