房東非常細心且耐心，入住體驗超級棒！房間寬敞舒適！整體也很乾凈！周邊配套齊全，次早餐就出門左轉200米，住宿離公交車站200米不到，去任何地方都方便，中央大街就在馬路斜對面，機場大巴就在小區大門對面，所以出行是真心方便，每次對次住行有疑問，房東都及時回答我如何問題！如果下次還來哈爾濱這個地方必須是首選！我們在離開之前也都自覺地搞好衞生再離開！感謝房東的幫助！上面4個圖是我們離開時拍的，下面4個圖是入住時拍的！

在哈爾濱住宿2晚，一梯一户，距離中央大街很近，屋裡非常寬敞，還有按摩椅哈，旅行途中大家都很疲憊，按摩椅最受歡迎哈，環境也不錯很乾凈，帶着四個長者很滿意他家，小區停車也很方便還免費，性價比很高，以後再來哈爾濱還會選擇他家

這是我們決定分開的最後一次旅行，選在先生讀了8年書的哈爾濱。也是我們曾經相識相伴的城市。再回到哈爾濱，感慨頗多。關於這次旅行非常突然，預訂這間房也十分倉促。飛機落地時間已經很晚了，房東回覆消息卻非常及時。預訂後馬上就發送了入住訊息。並且在我們找錯路時也及時聯繫並指導方向，給我們帶來了非常好的體驗感。
初秋夜晚的哈爾濱涼風習習，民宿在中央大街附近，位置十分便利。打開房門就像是踏進了一段塵封的往事。屋內設施齊全，有按摩椅，加濕器，麻將機等。室內面積很大，有三個卧室。卧室隔音效果很好，很安靜。三個卧室都有空調，換洗乾淨的四件套，枕頭也很舒服，且每個卧室都備有衣架和摺疊沙發，很適合多位家庭成員出行。
再進到洗漱間，可以聞到房東放置的香薰，味道很清新且不刺鼻。轉頭注意到洗漱間的淋浴噴頭和浴缸，和先生兩人都直呼好像回到了以前在美國留學時租的房子。基本的洗漱用品都有配備。並且還看見了房東為帶小朋友的家庭而準備好的小童洗漱用品。洗漱間乾淨整潔，使用起來很舒心。
進到卧室，點着昏暗的枱燈，躺在床上讀了讀房東放在客廳茶几下方的書《漫長的告別》。由於睡得很晚，第二天到中午才睜眼，和房東説了一下這個情況，房東特別爽快的免費幫忙延遲了一個小時才退房。感謝房東，讓我在這段旅行中感受到了絲絲暖意。
