Wanda Holiday Hotel

The front desk service was just okay, but the service manager at checkout was nice. The mattress in the room was incredibly soft and uncomfortable. What's more, it was a king-size bed made from two twin mattresses pushed together? For a couple, whether you lie on the left or right, it feels cramped, and lying in the middle is just lumpy and uncomfortable. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel cutting costs like this in all these years.

The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable! Although the facilities were a bit old, everything was spotless and tidy! The service attitude was great! The location is very convenient, right at the entrance of Central Street, making it easy to access food, drinks, and entertainment!

This is an older 4-star hotel, but the staff are very warm and friendly. The location is superb, directly across from Central Street and only a five-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, perfect for enjoying the night view. The breakfast is also good, with both Chinese and Western options, and the coffee is quite authentic. The gym has Roman chairs and treadmills.

The location is absolutely perfect, right across from Central Street. As an international guest, I found the hotel service to be truly exceptional. Any request I had was immediately addressed when I called. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and they even offered a complimentary afternoon tea. This place is definitely worth recommending! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll be staying at Wanda Holiday Inn again.

This hotel is a listed 4-star property. While the facilities show some age, they are well-maintained. It has a full range of amenities including a gym, laundry room, and parking. The breakfast offers a good variety. The staff were very warm and attentive, thumbs up! 👍

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to get around. The Central Street entrance is right across the street; you just need to wait for a traffic light for two or three minutes to cross. It's a 15-minute walk to Lao Chu Jia for Guobaorou (crispy fried pork) and to Madieer for ice cream and bread (which are both on Central Street). Saint Sophia Cathedral and Daoli Vegetable Market are an 8-minute walk away, and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market is just 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast offers a good variety. My two kids didn't want to wake up early for breakfast, so the hotel even packed it up for us to eat in the room – so thoughtful! The staff are also very enthusiastic and helpful. Many thanks!

Came here with the kids for a summer vacation. Booked a family room with three breakfasts for almost 800, which felt like a reasonable price. Seemed like a lot of foreigners were staying here. Facilities: Overall pretty good, quite new. The complimentary afternoon tea was decent. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Close to Central Street, just across the road. It was convenient to go for a stroll in the morning before it got crowded. Service: Very good. They even gave us a Madieer ice cream on the first day.

The daily afternoon tea is such a lifesaver for families with kids who stay in the hotel during the day! The kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast spread was also extensive! And having unlimited Madieer ice cream was an unexpected delightful surprise! The aunts and uncles at the restaurant became friends with my child, who now says they'll definitely be back in winter! We stayed at the hotel in early August. Upon arrival, the concierge and front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to Central Street, just a short walk downstairs. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The restaurant environment was also lovely, and the staff there were warm and attentive. This is a great place for business trips, tourism, or family stays. We would definitely visit again if we have the chance.
