Can I even say this stay was bad? How is this a four-star hotel? The room was tiny, the soundproofing was terrible, and it felt old. The lobby also lacked any real class. The location is good though, very close to Central Street.

The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly polite. The location is absolutely perfect, and the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious (I could've eaten it for 4 days straight!). It would have been absolutely perfect if the room temperature could be adjusted lower. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, good service from hotel staff. Comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Staff from hotel also very friendly and gave lots of advice for our trip. Hotel location just opposite of Central Street super convenient and 10mins walk away from 红专 market & 经纬 market. Will stay with them again

Clean and hygienic, housekeeping was prompt. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate. It's right near Central Street and close to the subway station. They even provided complimentary fruit. The room facilities were very complete, and there was even a safe.

The location is fantastic! Right across from Central Street, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of the bustling streetscape from the room. The service was also very thoughtful; they saw we had a child during check-in and proactively offered kid-friendly amenities. The hotel itself is quiet, the room temperature was just right, and they even provided complimentary afternoon tea. Absolutely wonderful!

Big spacious room near Zhongyang Da Jie (中央大街）。 It is also near the airport shuttle bus no 3 from airport. To airport same location opposite street. Room is adequately warm (controllable) despite the -20 deg Celsius out there. Staff are very attentive, saw my face having a cut from shaving gave me tissue and cotton butt with iodine. If you intend to order delivery using Alipay mini widget use 吃了吗, it does not requires local number. Hotel uses a robot to deliver to your room! Interesting! Metro station on metro line 2 is just few streets away and it’s lead you to metro station on same line - 冰雪大世界 event. It’s a few streets away from famous landmarks like St. Sophia Church and near that is the popular 衣彬之家 where it sells very affordable and good winter wear! Thank you for the hospitality!

The hotel was a bit mediocre. The room was small, and the cleanliness was just so-so. The robot food delivery was decent, but parking was a major inconvenience as there was no space, and I had to park quite far away, which was really annoying. Its only saving grace was the location.

The hotel staff were wonderful; they cleaned my room impeccably, even folding my dry-cleaned clothes on the bed. The front desk staff were also very friendly, helping me order takeout and carry heavy items.
