Terrible! They exploit their proximity to Saint Sophia Cathedral, but the place is dirty and chaotic. There's absolutely no sense of service. Especially the fat guy in the restaurant – he acts like he's starving. We booked a double room with breakfast, and when my wife, child, and I went for breakfast, he insisted there were only two portions and forced us to pay extra. He argued with many other guests, and even worse, he threatened and intimidated them. Either fire this fat guy or shut this hotel down. This hotel completely ruined our trip to Harbin. Harbin tourism is really suffering because of places like this.

We had a quick stay in this hotel mainly because it is near yibin winter underground shopping store! We checked in and straight away walked about 3-5 mins to purchase our winter wear. The hotel is very near Saint Sophia cathedral, chagee, haidilao, etc. Convenient to stay here if you want to purchase winter wear and also explore the city. Our fave memory was ordering ******* and enjoying the Saint sophia cathedral in our room 😊😋

Love the location of this hotel. It is very near (walking distance) to St Sophia, Yibin store, restaurants and souvenirs shops. We stayed in a family suite on 15th floor which has a nice view from both rooms. The only setback is we are only given 2 bath towels for 3 people.

The hotel was able to store my suitcase as I went off to a different trip which is very convenient and I am very pleased with that great surface upon checking I got a perfectly nice room corner room view of the Saint Sophia Cathedral it’s all lovely. I’m really like your hotel that’s said. It is very old hotel. It looks like you’re stepping back in the 80s and nothing has been done since that I found quite disappointing, specially if you set it off against the price they charge. The other thing I find is that the entrance of hotel is a bit strange located that’s there’s no quick fix but know it feels strange. You know what you see.

The location is unbeatable, super convenient, right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room was also very warm and I was very satisfied with the overall service, especially the lobby manager who was very enthusiastic and helpful. I'll definitely choose Manhattan again next time I'm in Harbin.

The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures.
