The location is unbeatable, super convenient, right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room was also very warm and I was very satisfied with the overall service, especially the lobby manager who was very enthusiastic and helpful. I'll definitely choose Manhattan again next time I'm in Harbin.

The room was great; I got an upgrade to a room with a view, overlooking the square and the cathedral.

The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures.

The front desk staff, Zhang Lu, had a great attitude. The location was also good.

We stayed in a Family Suite room, but the shower draining was not working at all. There was some sort of designing mistakes. Breakfast was not worth having there to be honest. It was difficult to find the entrance.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral, and the rooms on the north side of the hotel offer beautiful views of the church. It's also very close to Central Street, just a few hundred meters' walk away.

The room was quite spacious, and the location was convenient. St. Sophia Church is right downstairs, and it's a ten-minute walk to Central Street, or just a minimum taxi fare. Since we traveled during the off-season, the price was reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Very good standard hotel with all amenities needed for business and leisure travellers. Quality sanitary ware, change sheets every day, give a pack of napkins every day:) Breakfast consists mostly of chinese dishes: noodles, something like meat, vegetable salads, eggs (if you get up earlier:). Nice view from higher floors. Lots of space, you can leave your luggage after check out for couple of hours.

Not bad. They have free parking, and you can see St. Sophia Cathedral directly from the room. The decor is a bit old, and the sliding bathroom door isn't very functional. During the National Day holiday, the surrounding area was a bit congested.

Honestly, besides being close to the scenic area, everything else was terrible. I stayed for five days straight, and all they did was replace towels and toiletries every day; the room was never cleaned. The mattress was old and wrinkled, and the air conditioning didn't work – they said it was broken. For the last two days, one of the elevators was out of order and wasn't fixed by the time I left. Seriously, avoid this place if you can...

Adjacent to Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Manhattan Hotel offers stunning views of the cathedral right from the elevator lobby. Its downstairs parking lot makes parking convenient, and it's just a ten-minute walk to Central Street and the Songhua River. The hotel rooms are spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. The Manhattan Hotel, centrally located in Harbin, is definitely worth a stay.

The location is fantastic, right next to St. Sophia Church Square, and it's only a 20-minute walk to Central Avenue. The nearest subway station is also within a 20-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel decor is a bit old, and there's no laundry room, but its superb location and reasonable price make up for it.

The cleanliness of this hotel is beyond words! I've never seen a hotel this dirty. We arrived in Harbin late with elderly family members, so changing hotels wasn't an option. I asked the front desk if we could upgrade to a different room, but they denied it, saying they were too busy. This was an absolutely disgusting stay! Harbin people are so nice, and the city is popular all year round. With such a great location, why is the hotel's hygiene so poor? I hope they clean it up, especially given the prime location and the good breakfast! They really need to sort out their cleanliness. There were even used slippers left exposed under the bed!
