This is our 4th time visit in China , and our first time visit in Harbin. The overall quality was excellent while the price was very reasonable, the location was very convenient as we could walk to the main attractions, restaurants, malls and supermarkets.
At first i was impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. above all , every staff members was kind and helpful. specially WENWEN who was very warm and caring, i felt very proud that we enjoyed it so much. we love the location and everything about this hotel.
I can now recommend this hotel to all my family friends local and abroad. Looking forward for my next visit in Harbin, China

Service was very prompt. Especially the staff in front desk.
Wifi and room cleaniness was good.
Shower with hot water was constantly good.
Front desk helped with my courier items too.
Will stay in this hotel again
Nearby have a lot attraction. Like the church and a lot place for food as well.

前台給升級了家庭親子房，酒店地理位置很好，離索菲亞大教堂，中央大街，哈爾濱博物館都很近，關鍵酒店自有停車場，對於自駕的住客非常友好。房間很大，衞生條件不錯，在這樣的位置，性價比很高

設施：是真的真的很老舊。
▶電視是數字電視，衹能看電視台，可是卻依靠網絡傳輸。網速很差，播放電視節目也是一卡一卡的。網絡是沒有密碼的，直接就能連，很不安全，但網速太差，也就沒怎麼用了。疊buff，哈哈哈～
▶淋浴房的花灑對着門的，但玻璃門漏水，洗澡時大災難了，這個是貼個防漏條應該就能解決的小事情呀～
▶遙控器電池沒電了，不是因為距離太遠遙控不了。（但也沒意義了，哈哈哈）
▶外賣送到樓下電梯口，再自取。但電梯是不用刷卡隨意就能上來的，那外賣不送上樓……的意義是？
▶空調面板顯示“塵滿”，該除塵了。噪音很大，設定最小檔，也依然嗡嗡嗡的低頻震動。
▶可以不開空調嗎？不可以，房間是沒有窗户的（這個事先是知道的哈），所以非常悶熱。
▶綜合起來的睡感就是被子會有黴味，早上醒的時候頭超級痛。
▶隔音不好是硬傷了，耳塞什麼的沒用的哈。房門是那種會框框響的，別的房間沖水會聽到水管嘩嘩的，住的長者似乎比較多，很早就有好幾位大爺咔痰……這也沒辦法🤷🏻♀️。
自助下午茶:一樓大廳的幾壺茶+糖果+麻將室才提供的小袋零食，是怎麼組成“下午茶”的呢？你哪怕放幾塊包裝袋的小麪包、最便宜的小番茄呢？
服務：太好了！這個酒店何德何能配得上如此和藹親切的微笑服務的？因為這個服務，實在不忍心打太差的差評。但話説回來，光態度好並不能解決實際的居住體感差呢。修修吧，畢竟還是高檔酒店第四名。

每天出入酒店，前台的美女們都熱情地問好，絲毫不做作，讓人感受到哈爾濱的熱情。酒店服務有求必應，衞生打掃及時。小小的下午茶區域雖簡單，但熱飲，涼飲，小零食還是讓人覺得很貼心的。酒店周邊交通便捷，各類餐飲都一應俱全，景點也非常近，索菲亞教堂，中央大街，哈爾濱市博物館走路即可。有機會一定再來光顧！

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from St Sophia Church. Staff very helpful and courteous. Special mention to Miss Wen Wen (文文 姑娘） who insisted she helped to carry my luggage even tho drizzling n waited for my taxi , very much appreciated 👍. No cigarette smell or bad odour in the room. Only d lobby n lift has d smell of cigarettes. Overall, highly recommended
