The front desk and room staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, odor-free, and the bedding and towels were spotless. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Having 24-hour hot water was a plus, and there's an elevator for convenience. They offer a free private parking lot. The location is excellent – you can easily walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street (even via an underground mall passage). Dining options are plentiful, with fast food downstairs, and there's a large supermarket directly across the street offering incredibly affordable fruits and pastries.

Being able to do laundry, with a dryer available for immediate use, is a big plus. It's also close to the train station and not too far from Saint Sophia Church Square. I prefer quiet surroundings, and overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and it's quite close to Central Street and the church, just a few minutes' walk. The staff were very warm and attentive, and there were snacks and tea in the lobby, which was a very nice touch.

Our family of eight stayed for four nights in three rooms and overall we were very satisfied. The service was excellent, and the basic facilities were comprehensive. The hotel service was great, and they even gave us a souvenir. The only downside is that the soundproofing didn't seem very good, perhaps because our room was an interior one without windows. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, there was a strange smell, and the blankets in the room felt a bit damp.
